We just got back from seeing dear friends at a wedding in Oklahoma and I am once again reminded of the importance of community. I can't wait to share the joys of living "life together", in the words of Dietrich Bonhoeffer, with Emmy. Joel and I firmly believe none of us are meant to walk through life alone...so thanks for being the family and friends who share in life's joys and sorrows with us. May we all be so blessed to have people who know us deeply and love us anyway.
