New York, New York

Emmy and I flew out of Austin Bergstrom Airport EARLY (5:30!!) Friday morning Oct. 15th. Destination: Albany, New York.
Purpose: To see my aunt, uncle, cousins and Grandpa.
Emmy spent most of the flights watching borrowed movies on our borrowed DVD player. What a lifesaver. My dad and sister met us at the airport. Thus our adventure began!

We sisters were SO excited about the beautiful foliage! Or maybe just excited to be together... just maybe.
Pretty flowers.
Freaking HUGE pumpkin!
On our way to Indian Ladder Farms, just down the road from my mom's childhood home.

Such a beautiful farm.
After we ate the yummiest doughnuts and threw back the greatest fresh apple cider I've ever had, we took a little hike and explored the beautiful area.
We loved being outside! Even if it was a little windy and cold.

So cute. This was Emmy's favorite mode of transportation: Pancho's shoulders!
All tuckered out.
Hanging out at Grandpa's house, my mom's childhood home.
Grandpa and great-grandchild. It was so special getting to see him and the rest of my mom's side of the family. Emmy was really good...for a toddler!
