Spring Has Sprung

The past two months seem to have flown by. We have had a busy Spring. Below are a few fun pics from Easter.

By far this is one of my favorite family pics!  Alison took some family shots at our Easter celebration at Franny's house. So fun!

These kids were chomping at the bit to go hunt some eggs.

Cascarones proved to be the best part of our egg hunting!

Everyone seemed to have more fun finding the Cascarones and breaking them on someone's head...

We had so much fun!

 We spent one weekend with Poncho and Aunt Lesley in Houston. When we arrived at the house, my sister had two little buckets o' fun sitting in the living room for the kiddos. Inside: all sorts of fun activities including finger paints!

Needless to say, these became more than just "finger" paints.

Some of their creations were pretty cool! We were very careful to clean up as much of the paint off the concrete as was physically possible. Lesley and I worried this might send Poncho into convulsions!

After we scrubbed the concrete, we were left with a really fun puddle!

This went on for at least an hour and a half. Luckily, Lesley pulled out her new anti-gravity lawn chairs. Ah-mazing. We sat there like two retirees in Miami.

One random Saturday, Joel took the munchkins on a fishing trip. Boone was Mr. Serious and was very particular about his clothing. His hat was a must. Unfortunately, no fish were caught!
